Do I need to change lifters with Hot Cam kit? (88k on engine)...

it is probally not a must. however, i would recommend doing it with 88K on your factory ones.

I agree. But just to be sure it's clear, the OEM lifters are fine. No need for anything fancier.

Whats is the parts # for those lifters? Whare I can buy those? Are those the same as regular Chevy 350 lifters?

its a sbc lifter but remember its for a hydraulic roller, two key words right there
