If you've milled both the heads and the block, you "compressed" the width between the banks for the intake manifold. Its possible that its sitting too high on the heads, the ports aren't lined up at all and there may be leaks.

That should lead to huge BLM's (long term fuel corrections), and I don't see those in the log. But the right side is adding a lot more fuel than the left bank in places.
