differences between 94 and 97 LT1

Are there any differences between the LT1's use in 1994 and 1997. any problems get worked out of the engine by 97, i had a 94 that leaked oil like crazy. did gm ever get that fixed. any info will help.

The 97 should have a OBD-2 computer, which utalizes 2 catylitic converters and should also have a vented opti. To the best of my knowledge, other than that they should be exactly the same.

someone out here has a page with everything that was different. the big thing they have different is the optispark is vented, thats all i paid attention 2. www.projecttransam.com i think is the one that has all of the things
