DCR and Fuel Injection/Carburetor

DCR and Fuel Injection/Carburetor
Is there any difference in what DCR you are able to successfully run based on use of Fuel Injection versus Carburation? I am considering building a carbed LT1 and trying to nail down any design differences that need to be made.
