Damn stumble, driving me crazy

so I just finished removing the blower off my car, removed the smog air, relocated the cruise control back to the stock location, and had to come up with a makeshift air intake. So now I have this stumble, slightly noticeable in Park or Neutral, very noticable in drive or reverse. I think I might have crossed the 7 and 5 cylinder wires coming from the opti, which I will check tomorrow, but if its not that, where else could I look? Feels like its a low RPM stumble under light throttle. I am wondering if it might have to do with the fact that I had to cut the MAF wires again and used the splice connectors instead of the butt connectors to reconnect the wires??? would those connectors make a difference? Its driving me carzy I spent a ton of time putting this thins back to near stock and now it drives like crap... any other suggestions on what I can check??

ehh no, but it will be for sale shortly if you are interested... i will have to check on the wires to the opti, from there i have no idea since it is not throwing any codes, i might scan it really quick with the laptop since it is an obd1 conversion

well i checked again today, and i crossed the 5 and 7 cylinder wires, so everything is ok. I swear i traced the wires like 4 times before connecting them too
