daily drivers and gobs of horsepower
well I was looking at a 470 horsepower engine from golem he says will pass the sniffer.
I am wondering which is better a M6 or an A4 to go with the motor as far as daily driving goes.
I always like manual transmissions better, but with an engine thats hopped up, is it harder to drive a manual then a standard car?

If ya don't want to severely beef up the underneath of the car go with the auto. Ya will still need a rear and drive shaft and suspension work.
A stick is faster but an auto is more consistent.

I hope so, I'm just worrying what it'll drive like... cause on some motors like these, you would need a pretty good stall, so when a vehicle needs a stall how does it handle a manual tranny...
---crap somehow i just maximized my internet explorer and i forgot how to fix it... ohh well lol

Woman's tranny...... hmmmmmmm..... my TH400 with a manual valve body, 5000rpm flash stall converter and neck snapping shifts might take umbrage at that
And to think I traded in a T56 and McLeod Street Twin for it.
I've driven my car on the street at the 500HP level with both the T56 and the TH400, and really didn't notice any difference in "driveability". I did notice a difference in traction though. The T56 would break the tires loose easier than the TH400. I would agree that the T56 was more fun to drive though.
