Cylinder Firing Order

left side (from front to back)=1,3,5,7
right side (front to back) =2,4,6,8

This is right..right? I know the Opti is different, its more like from bottom up on the left side, 1,7,3,5 or something...but I wanna make sure I have the wires to the right plugs. Im pretty sure, but can someone please confirm the cylinder firing orders I have? If its not right, thats my miss (even though I think the miss would be a lot worse if I had them mixed up). Thanks

Re: Cylinder Firing Order

wow thanks, thats a sweet diagram!
Can always count on Shoebox...every forum needs one of those (a Shoebox lol)
If by chance I did maybe mixup the order on the Opti, would one mixup..say the firing on the Opti RH side is 2,8,6,4 or whatever, if i had it at 8,2,6,4..would that cause a minor constant miss like I have..but not at idle or all the time? Id think a mixup in connecting the plugs/wires would cause a major miss all the time, even at idle... Ill have to go down and check again when I get the chance, thanks again!
