Question CSI electric h2o pump

I'm looking at a couple water pumps here. I see a CSI one is 40$ cheaper than the mezimer one at summit. It appears the CSI one has a slightly lower flow rate. Does anybody have any comments on either pump?

Thanks!

my g/f has had a csi in hers for a while now, and i just put one in mine this past weekend, and they are good pumps. never messed with a meziere so i cant say anything about them. either way they will flow wayyyyyyyyy more than a stock pump

Re: CSI electric h2o pump

having used many of both pumps on LT1s, i recommend the Meziere. from my experiences the engines run a bit cooler with Meziere pumps, and they also have been more reliable as well as being easier to install (no notching the pump housing like with the CSI)

Re: CSI electric h2o pump

i have a csi and i like it. my car acording ot the stock guage barley goes above the first mark so i dont knwo how much cooler you need it to run. and it stays that cold in dallas traffic int he middle of the summer. just remember to get your fans set too. or the pump will be a waste either way
