Crazy fan problems

So I recently fried a pcm while flashing it and pretty much fans ran on koeo. Then had an issue leaving me stranded with the replacement pcm. Pretty much it dies twice after running for a while(fifteen min and thirthy min) When it died fans would run koeo and fuel pump would only run for a second. Everything starts and runs fine cold but today I was wondering about the fans as I was idleing and testing it in my shop. I put ac on high and fans didnt kick to high(I thought they were supposed to) I tried unplugging maf and starting car(thought fans were supposed to kick on then) they didnt. Things are fine when fans run on low but it died and did the thing when fans kicked to high. Then same thing koeo fans run and fuel pump only primes for a split second and cant rev or anything. Then I tried pulling relays and koeo things normal again and will start and run fine. Were do I begin lol. Is this pcm? Anything to try? We have our big car show and cruise weekend already started and I really wanna cruise around so am I a fool to consider pulling a relay to only have fans on low or hooking my fan switch back up and have it on low fulltime. Any thoughts would be great as I have all day to work on it tomorow

Re: Crazy fan problems

Update. The problem was in the replacement pcm. Before I put the newest replacement in tried jumping the circuit in the obd connector and fans did kick on confirming pcm could communicate at that level. I also tried pulling relays out to start and run and didnt work. I also tried using my over ride manual fan switch also didnt solve the problem. The new pcm worked and in the future i will take extra precautions when flashing the pcm, like not charging the laptop at that time and i will pull fan relays and be certain car battery is up.
