Re: cooling fans

Hook up a scanner, so you can see what temps are being read and what the fan status is.

Hey rob when i removed a wire for the ses light to come on the fans came on so i kno the motors of the fan work,i wouldnt need a scanner bc at the temp mark the needle is at the red and when shut the car off boiling like a tea kettle im thinking the sensor on the water pump is out,but will that throw a code?

Re: cooling fans

That's why you need a scanner to look at the temp the PCM sees.
