converting LT1 intake

Is it possible to convert an LT1 intake to an LT4 intake? I noticed AFR has there 210 eliminator heads in the LT4 form and was woundering if I could use these. My engine builders around here really like AFR products.

You would have to add metal on top of each runner, to allow the ports to be machined taller. Its been done.

What people fail to understand is the LT1 intake and LT4 intake are internally identical. Only time the LT4 intake need come into play is if the ports in the heads are much taller than LT1 heads. Don't really know how much taller those ports are till you have the heads in hand and see if you are comfortable with the material that would be left to seal the top of the port of an LT1 intake.

I was looking at the afr 210 heads. They say they use the gen II intake but don't specify wether it's LT1 or LT4.
