Computer causing opti code??

Computer causing opti code??
Ok so heres the deal.... Everytime i get in my car.... The first time i go over 4,000 rpm's it stumbles and i throw a code 36 (high resolution/faulty signal) BUT. It only does it that once... For the rest of the time it acts fine and i can go over 4k with no troubles... It is also throwing a code 51(computer error). So here is my question. Can my computer be causing this opti code and problem??? Heres the kicker, the opti only has 15K on it, new coil, new ICM, new plugs, new wires.....SO WTF!!?? Thanks.
