compression test with hooker lts???

has anyone done a compression test with hooker lts installed on the car? i am trying to track down my oil consumption/burning problem and im in the process of doing a compression test and cylinder leak down test on the car. i did the left bank no problem but i cannot for the life of me get the tester to screw into any of the spark plug holes on the right side. is there any other way to do it without removing the header?

Nope.... You don't have to remove the header completely. If you have ARP 3/8" 6/12point header bolts then it shouldn't be a real big deal.
Just take all the header bolts and collector bolts off your Y-pipe and work the header down so you have better access.

Re: compression test with hooker lts???

I have Hookers and was able to get to all the cylinders without loosening or removing the headers. #2 & 4 were kind of aggravating, on #6 & 8, I had to go from underneath and remove the starter.
