Having all kinds of issues with my LT1. Car runs great when its warmed up. First initial start when the car is cold, and its tough to start, and the idle is really wacky. It idles really low maybe around 200-300 rpms or so. It even shut off once. Once it warms up a bit, its fine. It will even start nicely after its warmed up. Few things to take note of here.

I just changed the starter.
New battery.
New Bosch o2 sensors (2)
Cleaned Throttle Body
Noticed the plug for the IAC valve was a little melted and a piece was broke off. (but it still plugs in, not sure how the connection is)
New Fuel filter

Is there a way to reset the PCM maybe? Is my computer Causing this problem maybe? Bad IAC plug? I cleaned out the IAC when I had the throttle body off.

I'd first make sure that it wasnt the iac motor causing the problem. The simplest and cheapest way is to just put your foot a little into it before you try to crank it, if it fires right up and runs fine every time while gassing it, well theres your answer.

The next thing i would look to is checking the fuel pressure, every lt1 i've ever seen that had a bad fuel pump would do this.
