Rough idle

Rough idle on my car, almost unnoticable, but hell i'm ****

What could cause it? Vacuum leak in the intake? My exhaust? The fact that I haven't changed the oil in two years? (joke...)

All of the above; plus, fuel filter, fuel pump, map sensor, dirty MAF, air filter, elbow torn/ not secured correctly, dirty injectors, fuel pressure, worn/dirty spark plugs, worn/loose spark plug wires, loose connections to sensors, opti, etc., weak battery/alternator, weak tensioner, worn belt, knock sensor......

If I forgot something, I'm sure someone else can take up the slack....
