clunk

clunk

i hear a big clunk every now and then from the rear. what is it and how do i get rid of it?

2 torque arm bolts that hold it to your rear end. Make sure they are tight. Clunk when you hit the gas pretty good.. but if u hit the gas again they usually want clunk cuz it seated itself all the way back, clunk again if u brake hard.. etc

U-joints on the driveshaft could cause it.

let's not forget the tranny mount.....the stock rubber piece is a mushy piece of **** that will deteriorate after awhile. also, if it only does it when making turns, it's your posi.

i get a clunk often after i let off the the gas quickly. Im guessing its my exhaust system since I did have it removed before. what kinda clunk is it, becuase mine is a hollow sounding one
