Really I always thought that it lasted a shorter time compared to the stocker.
Oh well.
well, it is driver specific, in that, it has close to 2500 hour life expectancy (some people have reported much more) and the AVERAGE life of a stock LT1 waterpump is around 3 to 5 years. Do the math based on how many hours you think you drive per year to get the most cost-effective solution
P.S. my waterpump worked fine when I got the CSI, I just did it due to heads/cam swap.
