Cheapest place to buy EBC Greenstuff pads

Where is the cheapest place to buy EBC Greenstuff pads...I know Tirerack.com has them for $99+shipping. Also does anyone who have these pads think they are worth the extra money?

they stop good, but i really like them b/c i dont have that nasty break dust build up on my chrome rims. also, bought it from tire rack

I'm very satisfied with them, no dust and they bite really good. Haven't tried them on the track yet.
