Changing spark plugs
I changed out my TR55's yesterday for some TR6's for my nitrous. What a PITA! I give props to the guys that change em with stock manifolds on the car. It took me about 2 hours to do it with l/t's on my car. I had to pull the dipstick tube out to get to one of em on the pass side. I am sure I could do it in half the time now though since I know what I have to do.
have you tried cutting your socket to imitate the ones slp sells, then using a gear wrench on it. i changed my plugs in less than an hour last week. i have pacesetter lt's some that could have been part of it.
i had my cut and cleaned up at a machine shop. took him 45 seconds and he told me not to worry about paying him cause he liked my car.

i did all of mine from the top with hooker shorty's using a standard size socket and a wrench for the ones that a ratchet with an extension wouldnt fit on. I had it done in about an hour and a half. I was worried going into it with all the stories about taking half the car apart to get to a certain plugs, but i was impressed with how it actually turned out
I stttttrrrronly suggest u get a pair. They give u a lot more courage to put more force on things like a stubby wrench since u dont have to worry about it getting cut up as easily
Theyre also great in winter when ur fingers would normally get numb.. but i dont think u need to worry bout that in TX

Another vote for using the modified spark plug socket and a gear wrench.
