Any ideas? It wasn't wet. I don't lose a lot of oil or water. Could it be a bad fuel injector?

Looks like either a leaky injector or I have seen bad intake gaskets suck oil and do that.

It was completely carboned up, from the side electrode to the center electrode. It was definitely running on 7 cyls.

I also have popping at WOT and an exhaust leak after the cat. It is much better now that I have new plugs, but its still there. Could that be from the exhaust leak, or something else?

An exhaust leak after the O2 sensors will not affect how the engine runs. But a leak before the O2 sensors will cause it to run rich. So will misfires.... and it had to be misfiring pretty badly with a plug that looks like that. Could also be a faulty O2 sensor, or faulty O2 sensor wiring.

How many miles on those plugs? Look like the originals from the factory.
