Car wont start, weird electrical problems (video inside)

When I parked my car two weeks ago it ran fine. I've check all the connections on the engine and nothing is unplugged. None of the fuses are blown either. I'm really lost as to were to start with this. The check engine light was not on when I parked it and I don't think I can even scan it now that it wont start.

Here is a video of what it's doing. As you can hear the fuel pump comes on and then the lights start flash on and off and things start clicking. I sounds like a starter solenoid clicking. I think something is shorting out possibly but again no fuses have blown. I don't even know where to begin.

Have you tried to charge the battery? Im pretty sure that was the starter solenoid clicking which would make me think the battery is defective.

Look at the volt meter while you're trying to start it. The needle is buried in the red at the bottom of the gauge.

multiple clicking like that indicates a dead battery, if it clicks only once then its more likely to be the starter, not always though. clean your battery terminals and cable ends with a wire brush and see if that helps. could also try cleaning the wire ends in the power junction box on the passenger side wheelwell. (red plastic box) u either have a bad battery or its not getting a good connection.
