92 vs 93 waterpump difference?

I had a shop replace my waterpump shortly before storage last year. I noticed the receipt said '92 Camaro. Is there a difference if this truly is a 92 pump (vs 93 LT1)? Are there any distinguishable features to put my mind at ease?

Also, if the fans come on with the AC, does this rule out the relay as a potential cause(fuse is ok)? My fans are not coming on automatically and I already swapped the sensor in the waterpump.

Other observations:
-When bleeding system, nothing comes out of highest bleed screw (nearest alternator)
-Temp climbs slowly only when stopped for long period

Thanks in advance!!

The LT1 wasn't introduced in the f-body until 1993. I'm sure it's just a typo on the receipt.

The fans aren't programmed to come on with stock programming until 227-degrees (235 for the high speed). What temperature are you reaching?

Honestly, your temperature "issues" sound completely normal.

A Gen 1 SBC water pump will not bolt to an LT1 engine, so it must be the correct pump if its installed and working. Some parts lists get confused because the LT1 is a 93-97 F-Body engine and a 92-96 Y-Body engine.

According to my guage, I am getting about 230+. I was just shy of the red zone before I would switch the fans on via the heater control. I used to have the fans come on just above the 180 mark (again according to the guage). Stock programming as far as I am aware. It appears my guage could be off significantly. I suppose I should get true reads. Does this require anything specific for a 93 OBD1?

Any comments about the relays? If the fans work with heat/AC, does this rule out the relays?

Thanks

Stock program is first fan on at 226*F, second fan on at 235*F. The temperature gauge in the 93 is misleading, because they labeled the first line as "100", when it should have been labeled "160", like it is in the 94-97's.
