car won't start need help looking for shoebox input please help

ok, about a week ago i was driving on the high way and the car started breaking up really bad! so i got off the high way and it seemed to clear right up and everytime i go on the high way it seems to break up. but anyways now the only starts every once in awhile and now its to the point were it won't start at all. (it started yesterday a few times but only ran for about 2-3 minutes)

any help would be great. this is my everyday driver. i need this running asap (now)

thank you guys

U need to check two things-
ignition and fuel

Check fuel first- Hook a fuel pressure gauge up to the valve on your fuel rail. THe valve is behind your intake manifold facing towards the drivers side at an angle.

If u have 36-40psi and its still breaking up its not your fuel.

CHeck your plugs and wires next

then if those check out its your opti... very likely anyways
