Car trys to die even while on accelerator? PLEASE HELP!

This started when I was close to empty and burnt the pump out. So I went ahead and replaced the Opti, plugs, oil, fuel pump, and fuel pump control module(under the foot rest panel). I am still having the same problem. Car starts out on the road and all of a sudden it feels as though i am losing power and it feels as if some of the plugs are not firing. So I stomp on the gas and it comes back to life. The Air/Fuel Ratio gauge shows that I am running Rich. Also, when I am at a stoplight it feels as though it will die if I do not give a little gas. This has been happening for a while. I have not added anything to the car since I moved to Virginia Beach. I have a 96 Z28, LT1 with minor upgrades. I am lost, any ideas. PLEASE HELP!!!!

Do you a real "wide band" A/F gauge or the cheap dancing light show? If its a cheapy then pay not attention to what it ever says.
Now..you need to put a fuel pressure gauge on that thing and take it for a ride and she what its doing.
Start with that first. Are you throwing any codes? Double check all you connections for the opti, plug wires, fuel pump, etc. Hope this helps!
