Car idling extremely ruff, checked plugs, what next?

Problem first started about a month ago. Started it up, sounded like it wasn't firing off all cylinders and blue smoke coming from pipes. I shut it off, wait a second and try again. It starts up fine. Fast forward to this week. Occasionaly the problem comes back, not neccesarily on start but sometimes under normal driving. Fuel pressure gauge indicates not a fuel problem.
Car has 142k.
NGK TR6's added about a 2 months ago.
Taylor wires at 96K
Dealer installed new opti at 95k
MSD 6AL at time of new plugs
I disconected the MSD and hooked up factory but to no prevail.
I pulled 2 plugs and both were good. Checked for burnt or lose wires; all good. So where can I start looking. Opti maybe? Shouldn't it last longer than this? I didn't replace it at the time I did the MSD, could the box have limited it's life. AutoZone can't scan the car with it being a 95 but I think I know someone who's father works for Snap On. Would a scanner of some sorts be able to tell me what's going on? Thanks for the help.

Double check your wires, or just replace them. I had that problem, and it turned out to be that the coil wire was corroded INSIDE of the boot. I didn't know this until I cut open the boot and the wire was dust inside of it. Also, start the car when it's dark out, and look for any arcing that may be taking place.
Don't start with the expensive things unless you are positive that is the problem. A LOT of people have replaced optis only to find that it wasn't the opti causing the problem.
