Car is idling at 2000rpms

Anyone know why my car could be idling between 1700 and 200 rpms. Just got it back running. Didnt have it apart just changed cars and used the same engine. Any help on this matter is appreciated. My mods are in my sig.

Did you check the throttle cable to make sure it wasn't holding the blades open?

Did you check to make sure all the vacuum lines are hooked up to the intake manifold?

Check those sensors on the throttle body, after i did some thing i forgot to plug one back in. The car would idle at 1700.
