Car idles rough and wants to die when warm

I have been having a problem lately with the car in sig. It runs fine when cold but when it warms up it idles a little rough and when sitting parked it starts to bog and dies. I think Its fuel pump related because I can here the pump "walbro 255lph" its loud when the problem is not present but when the problem accurs and I turn the key on I can barely here it run. The pump is only a year old with about 5000 miles on it. I am not getting a SES and it has a new fuel filter, any thoughts?

Well I hot wired the pump and it is running but Its very quiet. When I first installed the pump it was way louder. This leads me to beleive the pump is on its way out.

well what press. does the fuel system have? also its normal for th efuel pump to only cycle on for 2 seconds with the key on, and the engine off. thats proly why you dont hear it when the engine dies.

also its normal for the pumps to get a little less noisey after there broken in and run for a while.
