car help help help help

1993 z28 a4 at 65mph and up if i gun it doesnt pull that good at all whats up with this from 60 to 90 takes forever

above 65 the car will not down shift

There's your problem.... it isn't going to provide much in the way of acceleration if its in 3rd gear of O/D.
