This problem will happen at any time while driving or revving it up in park. It really happens more at 5-6k rpm but also has happened while crusing.

The tach will jump around and it will light the ABS, brake and low traction in the dash.

What I've done so far is this:
Replaced opti, coil, ing. module, reflashed pcm with the stock file, checked the grounds with a meter, reconnected all connectors.

The problem sounds electrical to me but where?

I found the problem.
It was the positive wire from the battery that goes to the starter it was melted and touching the header.
