IGNORANCE PATROL:.... What's the advantage of using this pan vs. a stock oil pan?...
I'm gonna be building an LT1 on a stand over the next year, and I want to build one complete. So, I'd be looking for either a stock pan to re-use or an aftermarket.... Why spend the money on an aftermarket part that may or may not fit when a stock part should work fine?...
BTW, I'm building a 355 and re-using stock crank and rods from a core motor.
