Can't get block drain plugs out

Can't get block drain plugs out
I cannot seem to get them bishes out of there. Any advice on how to get them???? Some dumbass mechanic once removed them when I first bought the car, looks like he put teflon tape on them or something, or epoxy 
Seriously, I cannot get either the plug or knock sensor out, what size are they/ is there any trick I'm missing?
