Question Cam Shaft Swap

Is it possible to do a cam swap on a 4th gen TA with the motor still in the car. Has anyone done this or had this done to there vehical and how much did it run. Thanks for the information guys.

I did it in my camaro. I don't think the frame and all that is the different in the camaro then the TA. It worked fine.

yup, I did it on another board member's TA
just pull the radiator/ac stuff. plenty of room in there.

there are a few guildes out there.

main things are
dont drop a valve
make sure the opti is flush BEFORE you torque down the bolts
if you are resuing the opti- drain/force the coolant out of the car first. other wise it will pout on the poor opti.
