Cam install write up?

Cam install write up?

Is there a cam intstall guide going around? I want to buy a cam for my car but i dont want to pay anybody to install it. Do i need to jack the engine up?

Ever look at a chilton's or haine's???? Coupled with the cam card and the right tools (mag block with dial guage, degree wheel etc.) it should be no problem.

I used this site...among others. Jacking the engine is not neccesary, although I had to remove my hood latch. Some people didn't even have to do that.
