Hey guy's I want to install my TPIS ZZ9 cam and I am unsure what exactly I need for the install as far as parts, additional acc etc. Can someone please give me a list of parts I will need to accomplish this, also any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks for the help

 

Do you have the correct valve springs for the cam? DO the heads need any maching for the springs to fit? New pushrods, gaskets, etc.? How much stuff do you have or is it JUST the cam.I tried looking on TPIS website but it is screwed up. It goes to the catalog page and when you click on a category it just does nothing, so its hard to see what the cam needs for springs, etc.

 

You should call up combination motorsports. Be sure to have your cam card handy. I'm sure they can spec you out and sell you everything youll need including gaskets. Youre probably going to end up needing a timing chain and basically refreshening the valvetrain. That means, lifters, pushrods etc. The whole 9 yards.

I'd say expect to spend ~$350
