Cam and computer calibration

If I put a cam in my car, do I have to get anything done with the computer. i.e. reprogrammed or anything? Thanks.

To get the most out of it, than yes. If you're going with the 306, tuning will be a must.

reprogramming

yea i just got the 306, and i had to send the computer in to get "tuned" , and also i will go back once im done with all of my mods and get it dyno tuned to get the most out of it.. depending on where your located, if you dont have any place near you to do it, you might be able to send it out to speed inc. in illinois.. thats where i took mine.
