Cam choice help

I'm building a 396 ci LT1 for my 94Z. Looking for a suggestion for a cam. My main question is LSA. I want the quickest cam for naturally aspirated, but I will be spaying occasionally at the track. Not sure if I should be going with 112 LSA or 114-115 LSA. Looks like the N2O cams are leaning to the 114-115 area, and Naturally Aspirated to the 112 LSA.
Also, how much duration do I need? 2800 stall, 3.42 gears. Thinking of around the 236/242 area.

Any opinions are appreciated.

The optimal LSA will also depend on the duration. But in the range you are talking, 112 is my recommendation. Also, you need a bigger "split" between the intake and exhaust to optimize your N2O. On the order of 10-12 degrees seems to work well with most heads/exhaust systems.
