Lightbulb Call me crazy but...

So here i was breaking rr stud bolts left and right.... So i thought to myself... instead of going thru the hassle of a valve spring job.. what if just go to a 1.5 rocker and ditch the 1..6's so i go over to Performance Plus and pick up a set of Comp Cams 1.5 rr's spend the next 6 hrs taking the old ones off... putting the new ones on.. adjusting.. re-adjusting... fighting with the valve cover gaskets... so i get it done... pull out of the garage.. stomp it.. and.. all at the same time... It took off like a bat outa hell .. these rockers obviously matched my set up way better then the crane gold 1.6's so now i am going to sit back... and pray that everything stays well...

Thanks to everyone that helped me out on this earlier today and yesterday.. you guys kick ***

Did you at least change your oil and filter after all of that. A magnetic oil pan plug would be nice too.

from the look of things yes it was coil bind... im going to do the oil and filter first thing in the morning... wait.. its 530 am.. i guess it is first thing in the morning after putting the 1.5's on you could see a visual difference in how far down it was pushing the spring... so... lets just hope it stays this way..
