Building my 1994 z28

I am building my 94 z28 from the ground up....

Just removed the engine and tranny yesterday and am starting on getting the car itself cleaned but am also wanting to come up with a plan on spending my money the correct way....I have a budget of 10k for the drivetrain...I am looking to get 600 whp if possible not sure if it is with this budget....I would LOVE to keep it naturally aspirated....I also am going to use the same block just have it cleaned and machined by HOVIS performance in St. Peters, Missouri.....

If you guys have any thoughts on what parts to buy some opinions would be awesome!!! This is my first camaro I have ever done....I've built 5 mud trucks and a 66 mustang....

Thanks!!!!

It would be so much easier to go forced induction, I don't ever recall ever seeing a 600rwhp N/A LT1. I'm pretty sure you'll end up spending way more than 10k.

You can stay fuel injected with both of those forced induction choices. There are some innovative ways to do turbos as well. STS offers a rear mounted turbo system.

Why, by the way, do you want 600 rwhp?

Yea I did a bit more research and found a couple superchargers for EFI as well as the STS turbo but not to keen on having a turbocharger under the rear of the vehicle....

I want a 600rwhp camaro to say I have a 600rwhp camaro haha....

http://lt1boost.net/ -this guy makes turbo kits for LT1's. looks like from what ive seen most of his turbos are mounted in front of the flywheel. i think he is on the forum somewhere?
Nitrous would also be an option

I'd guess he had $50K into it.
