0 oil pressure and screeching noise..?
I have a 96 camaro z28, 171,??? miles. Lt4 hotcam, I have a mechanical oil pressure gauge, and at idle i have no oil pressure, if i rev it up to 1500 rpm i will have about 12 lbs, it also makes a screeching noise from time to time, its not a consistent noise, just kind of random. Also the idle is messed up too, it will fall down to 500 rpm, and die sometimes too. wth is going on?

Zero oil pressure means your bearings are wiped out. The screeching you hear is metal-to-metal contact. It's time for a rebuild.
