broke a bolt in the axle..help

when installing the rear end cover, there are 10 bolts, 2 of which are longer than the rest, in order to hold the e-brake cable keepers. i accidentally installed one of the longer bolts in the wrong hole and it snapped off when i went to torque it. i borrowed an ez-out set, drill, drill bits, and a tapping handle (holds the square chuck of the ez out bit), but we still can't get the bolt out..any suggestions would be very helpful at this point.

i dont think that one bolt will hurt the seal any if you cant get it out just leave it alone /on the other hand you could drill the hole out and retap the bolt hole but imho i would leave it alone
