Bleed cooling system?

Does anyone know if you need to bleed the cooling system after a drain and refill? Whats the best way to do this?

bleed coolant system

Nice, thanks. Do i just let it warm up, and crack the bleeders to let the air out, or should i open them while its running? The lower hose is building up alot of pressure, but the car is at operating temp. Not sure the best way to do this.

run the engine for a few minutes and crack open the screw for a few seconds close it for 10-15 seconds. repeat until you have a steady stream of coolant and no bubbles
