heater core flush

Im having a heating problem where I can only get warm air. Its not enough to adequately heat the cabin during the cold weather. I think its a clogged heater core and Id like to flush it myself. Is there an easy way to do this without flushing out the entire cooling system??

Re: heater core flush

the way I did mine was disconnected bother heater core hoses up front not at the firewall and ran water through with a hose 2 or 3 times through both hoses
