big block n a 94 camaro question

i have a 94 camaro with a lt1 bmr tubular k memeber manual rack just wondering y they say the big block wont work using the lt1 motor mount off the lt1 motor.any input would b greatly appreciated thanks

Contact this guy.... appears he had to fab new motor mounts to install a 454 big block in his 97 Camaro.

He has a Dart Little M block.... that's a small block, not a big block.

Impressive car, though.

sorry. i had 427 stuck in my head. havent looked at his page in a few years now. just looked and is a 422. and yes its a real nice car. i seen a few big block set ups on the car domain site. one of them thinks injuneer for answering his questions on this site when u read about his car, lol..

thanks 4 for all ur help.would u guys go with a big block or just build a bigger small block.i was told the extra weight in the front makes the car harder to drive an it loses all weight transfer

Street or strip? Carb or EFI? All motor or power adder?

You can build a 1,000HP LT1 that will be streetable.

think i'll just stay lt1 i only want a 10 second flat street car.best pass so far with the set up i have now is 11.70 at 115
