Best OVC Wires??

Tried routing wires in the stock location with heat boots, and other little tricks to keep them from burning. Not having much success so want to go with the OVC deal. Who makes a good set and where can I pick them up at? Also, I want some good looking chrome or polished aluminum valve covers. Nothing fancy but nice clean ones. Thanks

Well, on the wires, I have always had success with the Taylor universals. But a lot of people on here don't particularly care for them. I used them on my 97 SS without a problem, used them on my brother's heads/cam 96 Z28 without a problem, and have them currently on my 94 Trans Am without a problem.

ANd for the valve covers, just do a search for valve covers or look at some of the sponsers sites.
Good luck

well, i was a good boy and checked all the sponsors for nice valve covers....no success. also, when looking for the wires, do I simply do a search online for a "Universal" set because all I see from the sponsors is ones made FOR the car. I just wanna make sure I go and order the right thing.

I have always bought all of my universal LT1 Taylor wires through Thunder Racing. They seem to have the best price on a set (normally 45-50 bucks). I believe they will be under the ignition page of their site and then just look for universal or OVC.
