Question Best Catback under 400$ ?

My exhaust has recently started to rattle, and now sounds like crap. This was the first winter it has ever seen, and now there is a rusted hole in the tips. Anyways, I am looking for the best exhaust catback system i can buy for under 400$(poor college student). Of course I would want borla, but its too expensive. I have been refered to B&B and Flowmaster. I am looking for best performance inhancement, best sounding, and if possible quad tip. I would also like stainless steal, but I know all those features dont come for that price. Also i would like to know where online I can purchase this amazing exhaust I am sure you will refer .

So any suggestions?

If your interested, let me know. AIM/AOL: rathershort EMAIL:RatherShort@comcast.net

Its been on the car for like 6 months. I'm going with true duals when I install my headers. Should be doing it next week end. As soon as it comes off its all yours.
