before i waist money: this is fpr prob right?
Re: before i waist money: this is fpr prob right?
apparently the fpr isnt the only problem... it does seem to start a little better, and once or twice it started perfectly but it doesnt seem to do that anymore.
so i guess it is a leaky injector, so i put gumout fuel system cleaner and a bottle of seafoam into the gas tank, and ran it good and let it sit.
then next time i took it out a little of watter must of splashed onto the opti so now i have to wait for it to dry out eventually(vented) until i can actually tell if anything is making a difference...
if leaky injector isnt it then it is a fuel pump right? at least if it is still a fuel problem.
my dad said it could be a faulty starter turning it over too slow? what would be the symptoms of this? and could it be the battery putting out too little voltage?
the battery voltage is around mid to high 12's with car off, and with engine on the voltage is around mid to high 13's but back to 12's when car off. Alternator is putting out mid to high 14's
the starter wiring is clean and good, but i installed a remote starter, could this be drawing too much current from the battery and maybe effecting starting power?
thanks for any tips/help!!
