Re: Granatelli Maf.

Trade and sell on ebay as already been stated. Invest in some better mods. GMAF =

Re: Granatelli Maf.

So it would be better to keep my stock MAF and sell the Granatelli MAF. Does it cause any problems or why wouldn't you recomend that i use it.

That's right. Or...Get the Granatelli and profit from selling it.

Re: Granatelli Maf.

Would I actually pick up any power if I got my maf descreened and ported (which I do) and got a tune for it from ion?

Leave the MAF unit alone. Forget that it exist.

Re: Granatelli Maf.

I have had three of them so far and they work fine. None fell apart not sure how they could. They are basically just a descreened maf with ends that is calibrated unlike homehacked ones that can mess with the tuning. I don't seem to have problems tuning my granatelli maf on my ls1 or lt1 so again not sure what the problem is.

This would be a good route to go. Going straight to the pcm is best. I have descreened and mildly ported my stock MAF, and later got a tune from Ion . The work on the MAF was a small drop in the bucket compared to the tune. Again, I would stay away fromt the aftermarket MAF.
