bearings?

I'm also replacing all the bearings in the block. Is there a higher quality bearing out there that might last longer than others? Or what would be a good brand 2 go with?

You have three types of bearings generally
Standard
H-Serious
Coated (H-series I am guessing)

H-series is what I would use. I don't really know bearings in great detail.

I have had good results from all. Currently using King.
