Battery drain, fan switch?

My battery seems to get really low when I leave it hooked up for a week without driving it. Even when I do drive it, it doesn't seem to charge. Now it's completly dead. It's a fairly new optima. I just wired in a manual fan switch also. Could this be my power drain.

I doubt its the fan switch, unless its wired wierd. Mine seems to do fine. I'd jump it and take it to AutoZone or something, and they can check your battery and alternator for free. Check, when its running where your volts are at. If they are much below 1/2, then probably the alternator isn't working correctly.
