BAD! water pump

BAD! water pump

ok guys im in the middle of fixin/replaceing a water pump
ive removed all the hoses that where in my way and all the screws it still wont budge

???? how can i get it off

also if any one has one of those mechanic books if you could scan up or type up the instructions thatd be great

damn water pump

make sure you gat all six bolts, the one that is a stud for the AIR pump is often overlooked. If you have all six bolts out, just give it a pry, heat can really seize it on there.

thers this big metal cover thats holding the brake pump thats keeping me frrom accesing that last screw too get outt he water pump

you have to take out the air pump out also. there's one more bolt behind there to take the water pump out. I've done this before and just remember how to put it back together.

remove the applicable bolts. Seriously, there is 2 bolts?and a nut that is attached to a stud which runs through the water pump. I'm sorry I just told you how to take the bracket off. First you have to remove the 10mm screws that attach the rubber mounts to the bracket.(3 of them) remove A.I.R. pump then bracket. make sure you got the fan out of the way the three bolts on the pass. side and pull.

Eh you have a V6, we are prolly advising you how to take off a V8 (LT1) waterpump. Try the V6 forum.
